Hello,
My name is Sante and I live in Italy.
I started CPAP therapy last month.
I found this fabulous forum looking for some information on CPAP.

Of course I downloaded immediately Oscar and I'm learning how to use it.
However, I have a problem with the F12 screenshoots.
The screenshoots taken with F12 do not show the whole screen but only zoomed part.
I try to attach a screenshoot to better understand.

Regards,
sante

Is it possible this is a high screen resolution or a user defined scale issue?

RE: Problem with Oscar F12 screenshoot
I use two monitors.
Monitor 1 is a Samsung 43" 4k at resolution 3840x2160
Monitor 2 is an LG at resolution 1920x1080

I get the same screenshoot in both monitors.

For sure I did at list one screenshoot with no issues (I attach it)
I didn't change nothing nor installed any new sw. Last sw installed is Oscar.

I encountered a message about a similar issue with scaling in another forum in a different program. Can you try running the program in Windows 8 compatibility mode?

Hi Neelix
I've tried in compatibility mode but no luck.
Always same issue (in attach)

Fair enough, it was worth a try.

Hrm... Since you didn't specifically mention it in your reply to Dave, have you checked your scaling settings?

Go to the Windows Start Menu.
Choose Settings.
Select System.
Select Display.
Look for Change the size of text, apps, and other items under Scale and layout.

The only other thing that comes to mind is to try changing the Graphics Engine (under File -> Preferences -> General in Oscar) and see if that makes any difference.

RE: Problem with Oscar F12 screenshoot
Hi Neelix,
with your advices, I think I've found the issue.
If I put my Samsun 43" 4k as primary monitor, I have the issue.
If I put my LG 27" FullHd (1080p) as primary monitor, I have the right screenshoot.
I've also tried to put Samsung at 1080p but the issue is still there.
I have to start Oscar from primary monitor, otherwise issue is present.

In attach the two snapshoots.
