Resmed airsense 10 and wisp help

I am using a resmed airsense 10 autoset with a wisp nasal mask. Tried pillows but irritated my nose. With the wisp , my nose starts to itch and I have to remove and sometimes take it off at night.  Any recommendations on settings I can adjust or advise
ive been using this setup for about 5 weeks. Only getting bout 4 hours sleep and causing 
a lot of daytime fatigue. Newly diagnosed with sleep apnea.

Perhaps you might try a mask liner to provide a layer between you and the mask. Just Google - there are a number of them.

You might test if it could work by placing some soft tissue or cloth between you and the mask.

WELCOME! to the forum.!
You might try a pillows mask, (such as the AirFit P10,) and use a larger pillow size than you think you’ll need for a better seal.
You will be able to scratch your itches with this type of mask much easier.
The pillows should lay at your nostrils instead of going into them.
