Pulse Change SpO2 - Concern?
My first oximeter report in Oscar.. Should I be concerned about my Pulse Change of 13 and my SpO2 Drop of 11? There just seems a big variation whilst asleep, but I'm new to this so just don't know whether to be concerned. Thank you in advance for any help here.

RE: Pulse Change SpO2 - Concern?
Your average SP02 of 97 is great. I wouldn't be worried about any of this.

I would make some small changes to cpap settings though and they might smooth out these graphs a bit. I would increase min pressure to 7 cm, turn EPR on and set EPR to what seems comfortable (try 2 or 3 cm). You should find that the machine is more comfortable and easier to exhale against.
