Q: What is 90% Pressure?

I would focus the conversation on mask fit and comfort. Pressure may take care of itself if you can eliminate that problem. You may want to do some research on mask alternatives and see what might appeal to you. That said, CPAP pressure has been effective for some patients in minimizing sleep disruption, and even with auto-pressure, tightening up the range around the optimum therapeutic pressure is helpful.
