Question about PrismaSmart
Hi!
I'm new here, though very old to OSA.
First of all, I want to thank you guys with all of my heart. Where I live, the official support is terrible. The only cooperative support person did not even know that one could read the files without moving the whole machine from place to place! With your help, I now have working software which can really read my CPAP machine files.
Now a question. I would like to ask about two values, because they seem to me to be the most important, and I was told (in the days when I was getting good support from the local Respironics agent) that these values are machine specific: My oAHI is 1/hr, and my cAHI is 3/hr, for a total of 4. Are these reasonable values for this machine?
