Apex Medical Wizard 220 Full Face Mask - opinions?

Hi...

I am looking for a fall back full face mask to use in case I can not talk my body into using a nasal mask.  I am having a hard time keeping my moth closed at night.  I am unnerved at the thought of taping my mouth shut.  I think I was traumatized after watching a video of someone putting something on the lips from what looked like a tube of tooth paste.  It was "glue your lips together glue".

I was looking for a Amara View, but I don't have a prescription.  I did find a large full face mask called a Apex Medical Wizard 220 Full Face Mask.

Is anyone here using this mask?  I did a search on this forum and could not find anything. Good or bad feedback welcome.

Thanks,

mraroid

Not to hijack your thread, but you might try one of the soft cervical collars for your mouth breathing. I did and it has worked wonders.

Thanks edfreeman.  I have been reading about cervical collars but not quite up to speed yet. But a cervical collar is definitely on my list.  I am glad to receive your positive feedback on it.

Folks....

I ended up buying the Apex Medical Wizard 220 Full Face Mask.  I am in Ecuador.  My friend in the USA will bring it to ecuator when he returns in 3 or 4 weeks.

I found no feedback on this mask on the web or here.  I hope that is not a bad thing Thinking-about   I will be the guinea pig and take it for a test drive and report back.  It is a low cost full face mask at $79.95 and free shipping inside the US.  It is no Airfit F20.  Not even close.

Reducing the humidity fixed my runny nose (thank you OpalRose!).  My AHI last night was 7.9.  Sleepy Head said breathing was not detected for 29.26% of the night.  Guess I am happy to be alive.

My tongue is still in training.  I can pull it off when I go to sleep, but then I wake up 3 or 4 hours later and my mouth is open. I work on it every day..
