Question about the board [file attachment space]
Hi everyone,

I apologize for being MIA, it's been a crazy two weeks. I have a question. What is the process to reclaim attachment space on the boards? Is there one? Or can one request more space?

Thank you,

JM

RE: Question about the board
Hi johnathonm,

I moved this thread from the Wiki Forum to the Main Forum so that others may see it too.

This change (unlimited file attachment) was made earlier this year. Hope that helps.

If you wish to delete any attachment, go to your User Control Panel (http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/usercp.php). Look on the lower left side, under Menu -> Miscellaneous ->  Manage Attachments.  Here you can delete any attachment you no longer wish to use.

Another little trick; If you want to reuse an attachment in another post, simply right-click on the attachment in this menu and select Copy Link Location.  You then paste this link to the Insert an image box in your new post.

Hi Opal,

I am not sure if this is the case. I am currently listed as:

You are currently using 9.96 MB of your allocated attachment usage (20 MB)

I am half way to my posted image quota. Is there a way to have this increased?

Thanks,

Johnathon

Please go here:

And tell me what it says in regards to the top line. For example: Attachments Manager - Using X MB of 50 MB (x%) in X Attachments
