Help dialing in Airsense 10 settings

Help dialing in Airsense 10 settings
Hello, I am renting a CPAP while on the long wait for a personal machine. The company setup my CPAP with the prescription settings of 7-15 cmH20. EPR @ 1, No ramp, Humidity at 3. The machine is a Airsense 10 autoset. I started with a nasal pillow mask. Have no problem sleeping with something on my head/face but I could barely get any sleep due to my mouth opening and air rushing out. Tried two different chinstraps. The last night with it, I woke up extremely bloated and must have swallowed air all night.

Switched over to a Resmed airfit F20 full face mask. I find it much more comfortable. I noticed there were many events in my data and the graphs don't look as smooth as some as I've seen on here. I am looking for guidance on how to reduce the Clear airway and Hypopnea events, as well as how to reduce the amount of air I am swallowing. Last night was also the first time I woke up thinking my machine was off only to hit the on/off button and realize it was actually on. I believe that was near 1:50 am with pressure ~11. Is that normal for it to feel more comfortable at higher pressures?

Feel like I'm shot-gunning information for a lot of generic problems. Please let me know if more specific data or insight is needed. Thank you. Also, the event flags doesn't line up with the data because I used the machine for a nap earlier in the day.

Hi SLW773,
We are missing some important statistics.  If you would eliminate the Calendar, this would allow those stats to be visible.  We also like to see the Flow Limitation graph.

When taking your Screenshot, use the F12 key (on a Mac, Fn+F12), Standard View.
This will automatically eliminate the calendar and put the graphs in order that we like to see.

The Flow Limitation drives your pressure up which may be causing you to swallow air.

It doesn't appear you need a higher pressure, so let's try this...
Set your Pap machine to Apap mode with a pressure of 9cm min and 9cm max.  This is the same as if you were in Cpap mode, but will allow us to see Flow Limitations.

Also set the EPR to 2.   This may help with FL, Hypopnea and the swallowing of air.

The EPR may or may not cause an increase in CA's.  Please know that this machine isn't capable of "treating" CA's.  Right now, they are not too bad, so try these settings for a night or two and we can adjust if necessary.

We're looking for comfort and a decrease in FL by using the EPR.

Definitely sleeping better than before. Still swallowing air and waking up with morning discomfort, but it is no longer waking me up with bad stomach pain in middle of the night.

Set EPR to 3 for a few days, then repost.
