I can tell you that my doc either didn't notice, or didn't care. He prescribed 11, i had it at 13, and didn't change it back before going in. He said it looks fine, see you in a year. Play it by ear. You can always fess up IF your doc questions you. I will be going back down soon. No real benefit for me at the higher levels. Will probably go back to Autoset.
