RAMP no longer found in menu

RAMP no longer found in menu
My husband's Philips Respironics RemStar Pro machine suddenly stopped ramping (last night).  When we attempt to "restart" the ramp option it is no longer found in the menu options on his machine.  What is going on?  How do we fix this?

Did you get the machine from a DME? If yes, they may have reset it.

Have you got the setup manual? If not, see the link at the top of the page to find out how to request it.
