After conferring with a Board Admin, I am starting a new thread entitled: Plmnb's New Therapy on ResMed AirCurve 10 ST-A

I want to thank everyone who has read and replied to this current voluminous thread over the years.  The information has been invaluable to me and I hope at least one thing has helped some others.
