REMstar Auto A-flex + System 1 humidifier
Recently my climate tube has not been heating up and I then suffer from congestion and sore throat plus poor sleep. It has certainly got colder recently but I thought the climate control was temperature sensitive and hence it should heat up the tube when the temperature drops to prevent rain out.
The heat tube icon is showing yellow. The humidifier appears to be warm but the tube is cold.
I am thinking this is a fault and I have two theories: a) The temperature sensor has lost calibration b) There is a poor electrical connection between either the two units CPAP and humidifier or humidifier and climate control tube.
Any thoughts?
Regards
Graham

Call your tech right away - unless you have changed or turned off a setting, either the tube sensor or the socket on the humidifier is damaged, probably from when you last washed the tube.
