Rain, rain, rain ...
After a long, hot, dry summer we are finally getting some good rain. Four inches so far today and more coming tonight and tomorrow. It's the steady kind that has a chance to soak in.

Nothing like what they're getting in Colorado, but it's much appreciated here.

Well, hopefully you will sleep well with the slow and steady rain.

The weather is crazy. We usually don't get a lot of rain but we have gotten less this year than I can remember getting in years past. Sleep-well

And here in western NC, we are breaking records for rainfall. Summer barely happened here. We're all hoping the moisture goes away before it gets cold or we'll but up to our necks in snow.

I just hope that when it gets colder we don't get as much snow as we have had rain.Oh-jeez
