RE: Rant On - DME providers - The full story
I live in CA and I've used the same DME for five years. I would have given them a 'B' up until now. I called the beginning of the week to order a few supplies - actually called twice - and still haven't heard back from them. Yesterday I checked to see if they were still in business?? Yep, they are. I'll wait until tomorrow and if I don't hear back I'll be looking for another DME.
I hope it's okay to ask if anyone can recommend a good/competent DME in the SF area, or
surrounding areas.
Please delete if not okay to ask this on the forum. I'm still somewhat confused as to what can and can't be asked.
