Cortisol Level Changes After Starting CPAP

RE: Cortisol Level Changes After Starting CPAP
DMEs are only interested in you meeting the usage compliance data of the insurer who pays the bills. I have never had a DME proactively iequire about my therapy beyond answering my questions related to equipment, mask fitting, and keeping me happy ordering supplies.

RE: Cortisol Level Changes After Starting CPAP
Suffering with sleep apnea can raise your anxiety levels, and you should see them reduce as you adapt to CPAP therapy. How long it takes is different for different people. The best thing you can do is commit to using your CPAP machine every time you sleep, even for naps. You will adapt faster if you do that.

I would think that as your anxiety levels drop, your cortisol level may drop too.
