I'm not sure what you mean by your first question.
I've had the N20 for about a month and haven't had any issues with it. Just having to address my mouth opening up. A soft cervical collar seems to be working fine for that.

I was wondering if I had a sinus infection...... but I don't. 

I hope everything works out for you.... and your N20 set up. I hope I can use it well too.
