Recommendations for RV machine

I'm looking for suggestions on a simple machine that can work while dry camping on the RV's house batteries.

My A10 seems appears to need more power than the 12 v system. I managed without CPAP for 3 days, but yeah, if I go longer I should bring a machine to hookup to.

The philips respironics auto (560P) has similar features to your Airsense Autoset for Her including the ability to detect RERA. It does have a bit different feel according to those that have tried both, but will give you good treatment. It is a straight 12 volt device. I can operate on the RV battery power without an inverter or converter, so it is very efficient with power. Using the device without a humidifier makes a big difference, but you can leave the humidifier attached, but turned off for passive humidity, without drawing power.
