Reduce minimum pressure?

RE: Reduce minimum pressure?
I know that from a measurement point of view, this is as perfect as one can get.  I just don't know what to make of feeling less rested in the morning than with a higher pressure.

apnea can be really harmful but feeling better is what motivates us to suffer cpap. they say practically everbody has apnea once in a while, so tolerating a few more in order to feel better seems like an acceptable way to thread that needle. still, it's only been a few days...

RE: Reduce minimum pressure?
The therapy looks great at this point. We can see the periods where you have some flow limitation and the pressure wants to rise higher. If you increase the maximum pressure you will get the higher pressure you allow. There is not a solid therapy need for higher pressure, but you need to experiment to find what makes you feel best. In my opinion, the more stable pressure will give the best results and rest, but this is your journey and you will ultimately try different things and judge how they work. Please do so with my blessings and hope for good results. Do take careful note of where we are with these settings, as they provide a good baseline if you need to return to them. I think this is where a therapy journal really helps, because the results are not just the number of events, but how you feel.
