RE: Low AHI
I feel better on a hose than I did before, regardless of the AHI ups and downs. But I can really tell the difference the next day going from an AHI of 1.2 to one of 3.4. Now that I am used to getting some treatment, a 3.4 night feels almost as bad as no treatment at all. I think that means I am forgetting just how bad life was before.

So congrats on getting your AHI down to the medically "acceptable" level. You might find an even lower AHI to more more personally acceptable.

Wow, you've done really well. Took me about 2 months of experimentation and some great advice of the people on this board to record my first sub 5 AHI. These are now regular but the improvement is gradual. I accept that I will slowly get better and better.
