This could help with stress too! It can't hurt at any rate!

I listen to the "Hearts of Space" or classical music to go to sleep.

I listen to Robin Bullock (guitar, celtic, etc) when I need music. If I just need noise, I use my WhiteNoise app.

I thought it was kind of interesting that after some chatter about the didgeridoo that I saw this that has the didgeridoo as one of the instruments. This might work better for a stress buster than sleeping but I can see it working for both.

Since my O2 concentrator is loud, I start my sleep with over the ear headphones. I either listen to 60's oldies; or, German language lessons; guess which puts me to sleep fastest...

I know someone who had a similar issue with night time O2 concentrator noise (and heat). Their solution was to have a power point installed just outside of their bedroom in a hallway where they now situate the concentrator. They run a 20 metre line from the O2 concentrator into their bedroom and sleep with a closed door.

No music for me. It keeps me awake. I like to read until I feel sleepy.
