Remstar plus self diagnosis setting?
Hi, I’m sure I’m going about this all wrong but I want to attempt to solve my sleeping problems and constant snoring that wakes up my wife. Is there a setting I can start off with and use safely? I know I will not get ideal numbers until I get real testing done, but would like to eliminate my snoring and see if I can get possible better sleep. Any advice would be appreciated.
