ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto vs AirCurve 10 S
Wandering through the forest again and positioning to buy an ASV.
Wondering if the Aircurve 10 VAuto is sufficiently better and more technologically advanced to warrant paying additional $ as opposed to the AirCurve 10 S ????

Neither are an ASV, if that’s what you need. The VAuto is better than the S. It does everything the S does and more.

The S is like a fixed pressure CPAP but in BiLevel, the vauto is like an Autoset but with more options and pressure support.
Neither will treat central apnoea and often increasing pressure support increases central apnoea nothing like an ASV

I've answered my own question. Looks like I was initially heading down the rabbit hole, and just got back on the path.
