ResMed AirFit™ N30i Nasal Cradle CPAP Mask Trial

ResMed AirFit™ N30i Nasal Cradle CPAP Mask Trial
Yesterday I tried this mask.

A question:  Is it a nasal pillows mask?

I changed the setting on my ResMed S10 "for her" to nasal pillows.

I found the mask extremely comfortable to wear. I've used a ResMed N20 for quite a while.

AHI seemed higher than usual the first night.

I don't read OSCAR's charts at all well.

ResMed considers it a pillow. If you refer to the manual that came with the mask in the bag. You will find it on page 6 under Technical specifications.

My untreated AHI was 87.  You can do it hang in there.

I wondered why you have you min pressure set so high?  Also have you tried your EPR at 2?

wow this mask is heavily discounted right now at supplier 1 and elsewhere. I have to try it. Does it have prongs or is it flat?

Flat, its the ResMed version of the Dreamwear original.  Supplier #29 has it for $64 free shipping

Also the cushions have been updated to all silicon. No hard plastic any more.

FWIW, the P30i has identical headgear and the N30i / P30i cushions are interchangeable.

What's cool about that is that if your insurance allows a new mask every six months but new cushion every month, you can get one with the mask, and then just get the cushion for the other one a month later.

(Two masks in one!)

(I prefer the N30i to the Dreamwear nasal. Fit is slightly better, and I like the snap on/off connection at the top of the head.)

It's a trial mask. No box. No bag.

2nd night....worse grades yet.

I woke a number of times. I found that the strap behind my head was slipping.

Is there a fix for this?

If there's no fix this mask doesn't work for me
