RE: ResMed AirSense 10 "Smart Start" Doesn't Shut Down
Thank you for your reply Ajack. Well, I have figured out a few things since my above post thanks to the smart start feature. In my job (I have an online store), I work very strange hours, so my sleep time varies anywhere from 4:00 am to 5:00pm. I know how important it is to have your rest time at night when you have sleep disorders so I try to make it to bed as close to a normal schedule as possible, but my sleep hours are usually - go to bed around 7:00 am and get up around 2:00 to 3:00 pm. Anyway, after setting smart start, I know for sure I didnt turn the machine off any that first day, other than the few times I had to adjust my mask and it restarted immediately after i turned it off, so i had to work quickly to adjust the mask. I had gone to bed at a little after 8 am that morning, and got up at 3:23, so I had the machine turned on for a little over 7 hours that day, but wen I got up that afternoon at 3:23 pm, the machine read that I had used it for 3 hours, 23 minutes. So, it appears they have the 24 hour day on the Airsense 10 set from 12:00 pm noon to 12:00 noon the next day, which to me seems really weird because then when I go to bed the following morning, it is adding to that short amount of time I'm asleep the previous day after noon.. But hopefully, when they read my data, they realize that part of my info is on one days sleep cycle and part of it is on another. I wonder if that can be changed?
