ResMed AirSense 11 SD card not getting SOME data

ResMed AirSense 11 SD card not getting SOME data
I am a newbie to CPAP and have a ResMed 11 (fought it for years then gave in and have not slept better in years!) - I use MyAir and I have a 32 GB SD card. I am using Oscar as a personal software for monitoring.

My issue is that MyAir has received data for the month of March - everyday - but my SD card tp Oscar is missing data from March 8, 9 and 18 through 25. I reformatted my old card and tried again - same result - I got a brand new card, did a full format and tried again - same result. Is the data not transferring? Is the data actually missing in the ResMed 11? The only thing I have not done is unplug and replug-in the machine - I leave it on 24/7.

Any help / thoughts would be appreciated. I have my first evaluation doctor's visit in 3 days. TIA!

You have to have the card in the machine while you sleep. If it is not, it only keeps compliance data and NOT full Oscar data.

Your device only writes the detailed data to the SD card in real time. It must be in your device to overnight to receive that detailed data.

Thanks - the card never leaves machine except to upload to Oscar then right back.

However, I have trouble understanding your statement because people who do not use a SD card still have their data in the machine - so, if the data is there, why won't it transfer / upload?:

Only the summary data is stored in memory without an SD card. The high resolution data is only written to the SD card in real-time.

Many Thanks - the SD card was in the machine the whole time so I guess the card must have been bad! It's gone now anyway.
