Unfortunately your graphs are a bit messed up and the numbers on the AXIS are missing. it may help if you go into

File=>Preferences=>Appearance and make sure the box next to 'Use Pixmap Caching' is ticked that should help the labels to display.


It looks like you are getting Hypopnea at the start of treatment until the machine base pressure ramps up. I would set the min epap to a higher value if you are willing I am thinking 8 as a start rather than the existing value of 6 that should reduce the Hypopnea at the start of treatment

Here is my chart with the correct numbers in it.

Thanks for helping with the chart. I thought it looked different but didn't know why. I fixed it and reposted it. I will go ahead and try setting it to 8 and see what happens.
