If you look at the products that this article refers to, it would seem that this is a reasonably old article and does not necessarily apply to the machines that most of us use.

It cannot be that old ... bottom of the page shows date: ©2000-2013 ResMed
and on the right hand side ... Product Code/s 36008 S9 VPAP ST

So does this mean that the article was written in 2000. Looks that way to me but I am not familiar with Australian copyright notices.

My point about the product codes that this article apparently applies to is that none of them are S9 Autoset, S9 VPAP S, S9 VPAP Auto, Airsense 10, or Aircurve 10.
