No, just go through and pick a 3 minute segment, anywhere that doesn't show an apnea.  Example:  aprox. 3:40 to 3:43

The dented tops indicate flow limitation.  You can have a very low AHI and at the same time experience FL. Some folk are bothered by them and the result is feeling tired the next day.  

The use of EPR usually helps with FL.  I would stay at your current pressure and add
EPR 2.  

Remember you're just recovering from nasal surgery and you haven't used Cpap for awhile, so take it slow and give it some time.
