Sleepyhead and Rescan Software

As some of you know, I got a new CPAP machine yesterday. I wanted to import the data from the last night I used my S9 Elite and it did just fine in rescan but it would not import into Sleepyhead. Any idea why it didn't? I know the data is there b/c I can see it in rescan software.

I have created a new patient in both softwares to import the data from the new machine but this shouldn't be the problem as the data is on the sd card.

Thanks for any ideas!!

I am going to try and reinstall it and see if that solves the problem. No sense in spending hours on this

Make sure you have the most recent version.

Also make sure you are looking at the right day. Sometimes it confuses me as to which day is what.

i specifically put in the date I wanted in statistics and it said no data. no big deal. I got it from rescan!! thanks so much for your help.
