ResMed Software [problem installing]

I hope somebody can help me. I installed ResMed 5.9 software. When I run, it starts up but immediately goes down into the task bar. If I hover the cursor over the icon in the task bar, it shows the screen that should displayed. If I click on the icon nothing happens. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing. It also doesn't help to run it as an administrator. I am running Windows 7 Pro. Does anybody have any ideas what is wrong.

Try right-clicking on your taskbar and choose Cascade Windows or Show Windows Stacked.

If that doesn't work and you are familiar with the registry: shut down ResScan, go to HKCU\Software\ResMed\ASR\States. in the right-side window double click on the "Left" key and change it's value to 0

(That would be a zero)
