ResMed aircurve 10V auto

With COPD you are looking at three variables, Volume, CO2 and oxygenation. The pressure settings for both IPAP and EPAP will differ in the result for which variables you are looking to achieve, pressure support is important as well. Kerry is also using o2 at 4l/m which makes his pressures very important. Too much o2 will cause his brain to signal a decrease his breathing and can make co2 levels rise. Kerry needs to understand his treatment and be aware that constant management needs are critical to stay on top of his problems and stay healthy. It can be a delicate balance.
