ResScan 4.3 problem

Machine: ResMed S9 Autoset
Mask Type: Full face mask
Mask Make & Model: F&P Simplus but still looking
Humidifier: ResMed HSi
CPAP Pressure: 4-10
CPAP Software: ResScan SleepyHead

Angry ResScan 4.3 problem
I have tried to install ResScan 4.3 three times. Each time it installes, then when i try to start it, the computer run at 50% cpu usage but nothing comes up on the screen. I have uninstalled it twice and started with a fresh download, re-install, and still the same results.

Windows XP plenty of memory 4 GB and disk space.

Any body else have trouble getting ResScan to work?

Hi mankatoee, I split your thread off from the Product Reviews forum, since it was a question concerning your ResScan issues. Here it will get more attention.

Until someone else can offer some help, I would suggest that after the installation, you re-boot your computer, wait a full 5 minutes after Windows starts up, then click on the ResScan icon to start it up. Sometimes that helps, sometimes not.
