ResScan Data not showing Statistics

ResScan Data not showing Statistics
Hi,

I have been using an older version of ResScan, S9 Autoset machine. I have been having some issues with detailed data not showing, so I upgraded to ResScan 5.6 in case that was the issue. To my recollection I have not changed any settings on the machine for 3 years, except fixing a corrupted SD card. I have not needed to analyze data for 3 yrs, but recently decided to see if I could isolate if the reason I am not sleeping well ATM is apnea related or something else. AHI figures are mostly below 5 on the nights I don't sleep well. Last download 3 years ago all showed well with both detail and summary and the LH bar showing time as well indicating detailed data was available. Last night the s/w showed detailed info but no summary or LH time bar. The current data is not too important for me as I have been using the machine for 4 years, so I played around a bit. I fell into the trap of Win 10 writing to the card, but have now resolved that issue by a registry hack in Win 10. No need any more to write protect the SD card.

The problem now is the data is only showing summary, not detailed, I suspect by formatting the card in the PC and putting it back in the S9 I have lost the detailed data. No big deal as I mentioned as I am generally well.

My main problem is two fold.

1: Why was I not showing detailed data?
2: Why was I only showing detailed data from last night and not the left hand bar graph showing total time on?

I will see what data shows up after tonight's session, but meanwhile does anyone have any possible answers to my questions?

I have also downloaded Sleepyhead and it does seem to giv e me better info that ResScan, so long term I will probably use that s/w.

TIA

Steve

IIRC, the S9 SD card holds 7 days of high sample rate data (flow and pressure); 30 days of detailed data; and 365 days of compliance data. I suspect you lost detailed data with the reformatted card.

ResScan has an option when reading the SD card to overwrite or skip days for which there is existing data. Perhaps you chose overwrite. I choose overwrite because the ResScan files on my computer become too large; and my daily backup to NAS takes too long.

Also, make sure the option is selected to download all available data.

Not hi-res image, but here's what it looks like:

As for #2, I do not know.
