I have been using cpap since Nov 2010. its depressing to think have to be hooked to this machine for the rest of my life but thank god this treatment works. I find its all about the mask and getting used to having it on your face all night long.
its vitally important to find a mask that fits properly and is comfortable to wear

everyone is different. some can find immediate relief while some of us have to work a bit harder and be more patient
