ResScan - [version 5.7] - [old version]
#21
I use it on my Mac (OS 10.11.5) within a VMware Windows 10 virtual machine. Works perfect. Only issue is that SD-cards are not so easy to be identified within a virtual machine. Workaround: copy the data to a USB-stick works fine with ResScan.
Hope this helps.

hi,
Is the old version download (supposedly 5.5) still available somewhere ?
reason for asking is that 5.6 wont open on my antiquated W7 machine, gives a message thet initilization file can not be read.
thanks

If you still have the link to 5.6, change the end of the link that has "5.6.1" to "5.5.1" and see if that will work.

After installing ResScan 5.6 on a new Win 7 x64 system and getting the data I'm seeing duplicate presentations See the screen shot

[attachment=2748]

I'd love to ditch the top duplicate or the bottom duplicate display.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in Advance

The top panel is for "navigation" and the lower one is for "detail". Just to the right of the serial number above the top graph panel there is an icon which looks like a little piece of graph. Click on that and you'll get a dialog box which allows you to set which graphs appear in each panel. I set the navigation panel to show the flow graph, and a bunch of useful stuff in the lower panel. Set the upper panel to 8 hours (or whatever you need to encompass your night's sleep) and the lower panel to five minutes (or whatever degree of resolution you require). Then click anywhere in the navigation panel and a five minute slice centred on that click will appear in the detail panel.

Or you could use SleepyHead which does it all so much more intuitively.

The link I received leads directly to ResMed's consumer home page, nothing more. Am I missing something or has this process been terminated?
Thanks.

It would appear that ResMed has taken the ResScan software installation files offline for all versions of ResScan. Not sure what's going on or if this is permanent or temporary.

Hopefully this is only a temporary issue with ResMed's server.

I just tried the download link. It appears to be broken. It does take me to the US ResMed site but not the software. Here is where I end up at:

Please help.
