Rescan 6.0. User access
I downloaded and installed Rescan 6.0 and was able to boot up the software. When I tried to put my own info in as a new patient, it accepted all info, but then would not save it. I got an error message saying that I should contact the sys admin to get the correct permissions. Of course, it’s my computer, so I’m sys admin.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Mike

I'm guessing that it's a permissions issue with the folder, or its location, you're using.

By default it uses the C:\users\Public\Resmed make sure you can use and save to that location also check your antivirus is not blocking anything
