2nd f.lux or if you have the cash, many e-readers today have a "blue-light" limit setting for night reading. I change my background to black background on white text for night reading on my high-tech $30 tablet.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.
I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses.  Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data! Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle.

I think I've put the parts to the puzzle together for what's going on and I'll just have to wait until I see my Pulmonary / Sleep Specialist ... Thank you ever so much to all that have lent me a hand.. figuring this all all out... As Arnold would say, "I'll Be Back!"
