AirCurve 10v Climate Control Missing

There is a video on youtube showing someone trying to disconnect the modem.
The user struggles to get the case apart but removing the white modem connector is simple and takes only a few seconds.  
He also strips things down too far and you could achieve the same result with just partially opening the case.

It's probably best to insulate the modem connector  with some electrical tape once it is disconnected and hanging in space.

An acquaintance in town managed to do the whole thing in 10 minutes or less.
The only tricky part is opening the casing without damaging it with your screwdriver or tool of choice.
