Got it, that makes sense, thanks. I'll try to just up the pressure soon then, I thought something was wrong with the mask.

I've managed to extract graphs from the last 3 nights to OSCAR:

Do you guys need more data about anything?

The only setting I've changed so far was to make humidity from 4 to 5. I feel I can sure more air pressure though.

At 4.0 to 20 with PS 4, the therapy looks decent, but there are a couple thing that can help. I'd like to see settings at EPAP min 5.0, Max Pressure 11.0 and PS 4. In addition, change the Trigger Sensitivity from medium to high. This should reduce events and be a bit more comfortable. You're just a bit over-ventilated as a new user of bilevel, and this should still feel pretty good.

RE: Resmed AirCurve 10 vAuto check settings?
Thanks Sleeprider, I really appreciate the help!

I've just made the adjustments:
- IPAP max from 25.0 to 11.00
- EPAP min from 4.0 to 5.0
- Left the PS at 4.0
- Trigger Sensitivity from medium to high (any reason why not very high?)

I'll post the results of tonight tomorrow!

(Also reduced humidity from 5 to back to 4)

I made a mistake (almost never happens). Take PS down to 3.0. We have observe that moving trigger sensitivity from medium to high can reduce transient central apnea events. We have had some people move to very high, but a common complaint is the feeling that exhale feels cut-off, and most, myself included, prefer the setting at high. Let's try it and see how you feel, and we can always make other refinements.

Here's the results from last night:

No more any events! Thanks a lot! Smile

My current settings:
- Mode VAuto
- Max IPAP 11.0
- Min EPAP 5.0
- PS 3.0
- Ti Max 2.0s
- Ti Min 0.3s
- Trigger High
- Cycle Medium
- Ramp Time 20min
- Start EPAP 4.0
- Humidity 4

Is there any more tweaking I can do?

I was also thinking increasing Ti Max a little. I do long inhale when I am trying to fall asleep and feel it's cutting me short.

Wait to hear from those with better knowledge than I, but if you feel increasing Ti Max would help, you could try it and note the results to see if it addresses your need. If it gives you what you wanted, then mission accomplished and you're good to go. If it gives bad results in any way, change it back.
