Wait a minute. All events are central. The last thing we want to do is throw a PS 4 at that. You are basically using a CPAP mode with no pressure support (EPR or PS) at a pressure range of 7 to 12. If you add PS 4, you will have 11/7 to 16/12 (IPAP/EPAP) pressure. Your CA is certain to rise.

I changed the PS to 4 last night and here is the screen shot. The numbers have changed.
AHI  3.25 to 8.21
CA   2.89 to 7.53
Hypopnea  0.36 to 0.57 
What do you think, should I leave it and try a couple nights or move it down.

Reduce PS to 0 again no point having it the guys predicted it would cause more CA’s and guess what it did
