Most people with the For Her model, seem to end up using the standard algorithm. It's a good idea, but has a very specific application where you want faster initial response to flow limits, but don't want the auto algorithm to increase pressure above 12 cm for flow limitations. It still rises for obstructive apnea.

The attachment below shows how the clinician manual describes the "For Her" algorithm. I haven't tried "for Her" mode on my machine, because "Treats apneas up to 12 cm H2O and continues to respond to flow limitation and snore up to 20 cm H2O" didn't sound like it was gonna work for me.
On the other hand, I like the idea of having a mode which offers "Reduced rate of pressure increments designed to help prevent arousals. Slower pressure decays." Would love to try that if it didn't come with a cap at 12 cm for some types of events.
