And possibly pay for the service?

From some of the board posts it sounded like they charge DMEs and doctors for AirView, but I'm not sure.

Oh yes! It's all about the money. It's not free.

When I asked my Physician (Sleep Specialist/Neurologist) about getting AirView results from his office, he told me that alothough they are a relatively large sleep disorder clinic, he does not subscribe to the AirView software, stating that it is prohibitively expensive for his practice, and it's a high monthly fee to use.

I have been searching off and on for about a year now, and there does not seem to be any alternative to using this proprietary software, or finding either the original or a hack online. I certainly sounds like a self-defeating strategy for Resmed, especially for the medical community----and a shame for consumers, who would like very much to follow trends in their sleep-monitored data.

At least there's a 60-90 day portion of their data available on the Airmini mobile app, but older periods are not displayed as they would be with the AirView program.

I bought my machine online from a US supplier because Resmed (which was originally an Australian company) now insist on ripping off Australian customers (if you buy the same machine here it will cost you roughly twice as much as you will pay in the US).

I priced out the total landed-cost AUD of buying an AirMini from the US, and found I could buy the same AirMini kit locally (form a national supplier) for about the same AUD cost from a local supplier during their periodic seasonal sales.
