Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset 95% pressure much higher than Dreamstation 1?
I had been using a Dreamstation 1 in APAP mode for awhile and my 95% pressure was usually around 8.  I recently started on a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset
in APAP mode and my 95% pressure is now hovering around 12.  Same mask, same pressure settings including EPR, etc.  Has anyone had a similar experience?  That seems like a pretty big pressure difference.

Much the same for me between a DS2 and an AS10 Auto with settings pretty much the same. I really would have thought therapy pressures would have been similar. I'm also getting mask blow outs during the night that I never had with the DS1 I had and now the DS2. Difficult to near impossible to get a successful mask check with the AS10 (F&P Vitera FF)

Interesting.  I wonder why there's such a big difference.  I'm still debating about whether to raise my minimum pressure to match the new 95% or not.

I think the big difference is that the ResMed pressure is driven by the flow limitations. At 0.33 for 95% they are about 3 times higher than the 0.10 that most experienced ResMed users consider acceptable. I suggest changing the EPR to 3 Full Time to help reduce the flow limitations.

That's what's happening 5% of the time. What about your median pressure, is that different, too.
