Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset vs Autoset for her
What is the difference in the plain autoset and autoset for her models. Do they each have separate algorithms or does the autoset for her have the option of the regular algorithm and the "for her" algorithm? I am purchasing a new device and am male. My wife also uses cpap so it would be nice to have a device that either of us could use in a pinch.

RE: Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset vs Autoset for her
The "For Her" is a mode option. This option may be turned on or off, at the user's digression. It uses a different pressure response below a certain pressure setting. All the newer AS11s come with this option and no longer segregate it out from the model series.

So an airsense 11 may make the most sense for a new machine. I believe that I read that Oscar is supporting the Airsense 11, that is important to me. Has anyone switched from Airsense 10 to Airsense 11? Any issues or is it a pretty smooth transition?

If you are changing from an AS10 to an AS11, use a different profile, and different SD card, for each machine. The AS11 employs some different file extensions.
