RE: Resmed Autoset A10 is damaging my SD card?
I can understand trying to repair or tinker with an SD card slot yourself if the machine is old, but your machine is under warranty. If it were me, I would be returning a 2 month old machine and asking for a replacement.

This may sound dumb, but you mentioned difficulty pulling out the SD card. On my AirSense, the card slot has a push-pop mechanism. I push the card in slightly until it clicks, and then it pops out about a quarter inch and is easy to grab and remove.
I can imagine things got bent out of shape if you pulled it straight out without the push-pop.

This is a great observation. I can't say with certainty that I didn't do that, and my memory is biased by knowing I should not have. I did just check the card slot and it's pretty tough to grab the card without popping it out first, you need to use your fingernails. So that gives me a fair amount of confidence that I didn't.
The push-pop behavior is still working.
