These are the two machines that the company I was referred to by my doctor has, which one would you guys choose?

I know nothing about this, unfortunately.

Thanks!

Ok, I just returned home with the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. I looked at both that one and the Phillips Dream station. I instantly like the ResMed, liked how the power plug comes out of the back, liked the color display, loved the black color and liked how they do their EPR feature when you exhale.

Welcome
If AHI is not displayed in the sleep report, you'll need to go into the clinical menu and change "Essentials" from 'ON' to 'Plus'. Just below 'More Info' in the sleep report, you can change 'Period' to 1 Day to see last night data or average for the period selected

You mean when you click on sleep report on the front menu of the machine? Also, what is AHI?

Thanks. I've had my machine for 2 days now. First night I was able to use it for 3 hours, and last night about the same. I'm trying my best, but it's just hard to get used to breathing through your nose.

Update: ended up going with the Respironics Dream Station, it came with a 5 year warranty. First night was good, was able to clock in over 5 hours with it on.

I awoke with at 16.5?

Weird Tolkienish Figure,
A five year warranty is great! Not heard that before.

Curious.....is 16.5 your pressure reading or your AHI????
