Resmed S9 Auto - No LCD Display when starting Therapy?
Hi,

Recently got a new s9 cpap auto from resmed.
When you started the therapy the only thing that is showing in the home button.

was the gauge/pressure you were in.

On the top of the pressure gauge it's totally blank??? I believe there should be something that shows Leak/MV/ etc...

Is this normal? How can i fix it.

Pls. help... thanks a lot!

Go to the links above and ask for the clinicians manual. The data you are looking for can be accessed there. The more important ones for your comfort will include humidity and EPR settings.

RE: Resmed S9 Auto - No LCD Display when starting Therapy?
Hi,

I believe i just need to press two buttons to go inside. I can view it from there. however is it normal that it doesn't show on LCD (Home button) while on therapy??

Cause i've seen that you should see the Leak rate/MV/ RR etc on main LCD while you're on therapy..

is there any settings i need to change to view this while on therapy..? Thanks!

I've never attempted to look at this information while trying to go to sleep; it is available when you awaken. But then again I do not use the VPAP S9. You'll have to wait until other members respond to your question.

i use the s9 vpap auto and I cannot see the leak rate, pressure rate, etc. without going into the menu to look at it. If I have ever done it, I just don't recall it. I either download the sd card or look in the menu when I wake up.

Looks like my S9 VPAP; except, since I use a standard hose, my humidifier setting shows in the window as "5.0"

That's how my home screen looks as well. The way I see it, I don't need to see the info on the screen while I'm sleeping, so I just pop my sd card in the computer in the morning and use sleepyhead. As far as seeing leak rate, you should be able to tell just by feel if your mask is leaking.
