Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Good, pwr. You have a decent machine there.
With a little help we can show you how to configure it properly and
get the free software, SleepyHead to help you track down any problems as they occur.

Your Doc & DME / sleep techs usually dont have the time to properly educate folks on how
to best run their own machines.

Sad but true.
