Resmed S9 Autoset not adjusting to altitude
I have used my S9 at 5300 ft in altitude and have AHI readings of around 5, but when I use it at our cabin at 8300 ft my AHI readings are 40 to 60. What settings are necessary to make it work? Please help.

RE: Resmed S9 Autoset not adjusting to altitude
The S9 should adjust up to 8,500 ft. However your body may not adjust to the altitude. Are your events mostly CA's? If so all you can do is get to a lower altitude.

I had 42 ahi and 38 centrals last night. This has been somewhat consistent.

You may be suffering from Altitude Induced Central Apnea, this will not be treated by your machine, you need to speak to your doctor about using a different machine
