I bought on ebay a Resmed S9.
It was cheap, but the language is French. I tried to change the language, but it does not work.
I can select the item "language" from the menu "Configuration", but I can not change the value.

Does anybody advice?

thanks

An interesting question. Considering many manuals are multilingual it would follow that the machine is too. For my own convenience I just printed out the entire clinician manual. Let me check it out.Bigwink
Oh bad news bad news Huh It seems I can easily change my language.
ENGLISH
FRENCH
SPANISH
PORTUGESE

It doesn't list German.

However, you may be lucky with your machine.

1) Enter the setup menu
2) Turn the dial to "Configuration"
3) Press the push dial
4) Turn the dial until "Language" is selected
5) Press the push dial again
6) Turn the dial to change the language
7) Press the push dial again to take effect

But as I said, on mine, German isn't listed.
I did a quick test and it changes the language immediately.
I had to change it back to English right after or I'd be hopelessly lost.
As I said, I'm sorry but this is the best I can do. My machine doesn't feature German but maybe you'll be lucky.
